About Us
The Firm of Stewart Watt & Co. was set up in 1979 by Charles Stewart Watt. The firm is now run in partnership by Zara Mair and Elaine Del Valle.
Zara holds a distinguished academic background, having graduated from both the University of St. Andrews and Edinburgh University. Zara's expertise encompasses a wide range of Private Client services, ranging from the intricacies of Wills to proficient Estate Administration. Her dedication extends beyond her specialized practice, as she manages the ongoing efficiency of our firm while creating an approachable environment for all.
Elaine is a distinguished alumna of The University of Glasgow, having earned her LLB (Hons) DLP degree. Elaine has amassed a wealth of expertise in conveyancing encompassing a wide spectrum of services ranging from title transfers to high-value property sales as well as extending to her role as Notary Public. Her extensive career, spanning over two decades, underscores her depth of knowledge and experience in property. This achievement has earned her a partnership position within the firm, where her wealth of experience continues to benefit our valued clients.

The most important thing for us, whether we're helping a client prepare for the future or deal with the unexpected, is to make sure we understand what has to be achieved. We work with our clients, getting to know them so the legal solutions we put in place do what's required.
