Meet The Team

Zara is a graduate of both The University of St Andrews and Edinburgh and is the managing Partner of the Firm. She provides advice on all aspects of Private Client law including wills, trusts, the administration of deceased persons’ estates, tax planning & asset protection, powers of attorney, adults with incapacity and advice for the elderly.  

Elaine is a graduate of The University of  Glasgow where she graduated LLB(Hons) DLP. She is also a Notary Public. Elaine specialises in residential property transactions and has over 20 years’ experience representing clients.

Jennifer is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh and specialises in both residential and commercial property.  Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience representing clients and is now the consultant for the Firm.

Dereen is a qualified Conveyancing Paralegal with extensive legal experience.  Prior to joining the firm Dereen worked as a Fraud Prevention Operative within the financial industry.  Dereen is supporting both the Residential Conveyancing Partner, Elaine and Private Client Partner, Zara in an administrative role within the firm.

Tida is a graduate of the University of St Andrews. She graduated in 2022 with an MA(Hons) degree in Psychology.

Tida assists Zara and Elaine with both Private Client and Conveyancing matters. She also plays a vital role in dealing with the Firm’s social media and marketing requirements.

Abigail has two years of marketing and property industry experience and as our devoted estate agent, she guides clients through each stage, from listing your property to securing optimal offers. While managing all property inquiries seamlessly, including viewings and market appraisals, Abigail also oversees our social media channels, ensuring our online presence reflects our commitment to the real estate service.
