Zara is a graduate of both The University of St Andrews and Edinburgh and is the managing Partner of the Firm. She provides advice on all aspects of Private Client law including wills, trusts, the administration of deceased persons’ estates, tax planning & asset protection, powers of attorney, adults with incapacity and advice for the elderly.

Elaine is a graduate of The University of Glasgow where she graduated LLB(Hons) DLP. She is also a Notary Public. Elaine specialises in residential property transactions and has over 20 years’ experience representing clients.

Jennifer Mair

Conveyancing Paralegal
Dereen Smith
Dereen is a qualified Conveyancing Paralegal with extensive legal experience. Prior to joining the firm Dereen worked as a Fraud Prevention Operative within the financial industry. Dereen is supporting both the Residential Conveyancing Partner, Elaine and Private Client Partner, Zara in an administrative role within the firm.

Legal Executive
Tida Del Valle Reilly
Tida is a graduate of the University of St Andrews. She graduated in 2022 with an MA(Hons) degree in Psychology.
Tida assists Zara and Elaine with both Private Client and Conveyancing matters. She also plays a vital role in dealing with the Firm’s social media and marketing requirements.

Legal Executive
Holly Corrigan
After graduating from the University of Stirling with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours in June 2025, she joined the team as a recent graduate to begin putting her legal education into practice within a law firm. She assists both Elaine and Zara, providing support across a range of legal matters and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
