Competition Terms & Conditions
The 50% off of our estate agency fees is valid to 31st March 2023 for those properties instructed to go onto the market with us on or before that date.

Our standard Sale fee is 1% plus VAT / 1.2% inclusive of VAT. Our minimum fee also applies which is £999 plus VAT ( £1,198.80 inclusive of VAT). Properties located within Edinburgh and The Lothians only. Sole Selling Rights basis only. Offer does not cover disbursements, marketing costs or any other fee. Offer can be extended or withdrawn at any time, so please apply early. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Winner, picked at random, will need to attend our office in either Edinburgh or West Calder to go through creating their new Will. Winner announced 31st March 2023. Standard Will up to the value of £280 plus VAT.
