Fixed Estate Agency Fee - 
£750 + VAT

For a limited time only, we are offering our full Estate Agency service for a fixed fee of £750 plus VAT. No commission! Our fee is fixed.  Regardless of your sale price, our Estate Agency fee stays the same, so you can budget accurately right from the start. 

 

Our Estate Agency service includes:

  • Free market appraisal

  • Expert advice at every stage

  • Professional photographs and property video

  • Attractive sale schedule and window display cards

  • Floorplan

  • Erection of For Sale Board

  • Online advertising on the Stewart Watt & Co. website and other advertising mediums including ESPC, Zoopla and our social media channels

  • Continuous advertisement until the property is sold

  • Attending to all enquiries from interested parties

  • Arranging viewings

  • Distributing the Home Report

  • Organising a closing date (if necessary)

  • Receiving and negotiating offers

  • Formal offer acceptance

Fixed Conveyancing Fee

We offer competitive fixed fees for our legal services so you  shall know exactly what you’ll have to pay on completion of your sale right from the outset.

 

Our Conveyancing service includes:

  • Compulsory anti-money laundering and ID verification

  • Instructing and obtaining all relevant Searches

  • Examination of Title

  • Obtaining and delivering title deeds to the purchaser’s solicitor

  • Sending titles to the purchaser’s solicitor and revising their Disposition

  • Negotiating the terms, and concluding the contract of sale (“the missives”)

  • Having Disposition compared and executed

  • Settling with the purchaser’s solicitor

  • Repayment of outstanding mortgage/fees

  • Discharge Standard Securities
